Electric hot water boiler

Kuopion Energia Oy hereby invites you to participate to the tendering prequalification phase for the delivery of the electric hot water boiler at Haapaniemi power plant in the city of Kuopio, Finland. The total heating capacity of the electric hot water boiler shall be 60 MW and the power supply is 10 kV. The electric boiler shall be electrode type. The electric hot water boiler shall consist of a boiler body, a circulating piping system, a heat exchanger, water treatment and feed water systems, a blow down system and a hot keeping system. The electric hot water boiler will be installed in a new building supplied by Kuopion Energia Oy. The electric hot water boiler will produce heat to the district heating network of the city of Kuopio. The electric hot water boiler is scheduled to be commissioned in spring 2026.
