Overview
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie mit Saucen und Suppen in 4 Losen. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit 1 Unternehmen je Los:
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für 2 Jahre mit der Option der zweimaligen Verlängerung um je ein Jahr geschlossen. Die Laufzeit beginnt am 01.06.2025 und endet spätestens zum 31.05.2029. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das folgend genannte Gesamtkontingent erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Fristen. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 5 Monate.
Los 1: 152.000,00 netto
Los 2: 447.000,00 netto
Los 3: 256.000,00 netto
Los 4: 37.000,00 netto
Preisanpassungen sind gemäß der Preisgleitklausel in den Vertragsunterlagen möglich.
