Die Gemeinde Hergensweiler beabsichtigt den Rückbau und Neubau der Kindertagesstätte St. Ambrosius für rund 130 Kinder auf einem Grundstück im Zentrum von Hergensweiler. Der Neubau soll zweigeschossig in Holzbauweise erstellt werden. Die bestehenden Gebäude sollen komplett rückgebaut werden.
Zu vergeben sind die Rohbau- und Erbauarbeiten, aufgeteilt in zwei Lose.
Voraussichtlicher Ausführungszeitraum: 03.07.2026 bis ca. 31.03.2028 inkl. Containerbereitstellung:
-Los 1 (Erdbau): ca. 03.07.2026 bis ca. 12.08.2026 bzw. Bereitstellung Container bis ca. 31.03.2028
-Los 2 (Rohbau): ca. 03.07.2026 bis ca. 26.08.2027
