Systém na HTRB/HTGB/H3TRB testy výkonových modulov

The Slovak Academy of Sciences' Institute of Electrotechnology procured a testing system for high-temperature reverse bias (HTRB), high-temperature gate bias (HTGB), and high-humidity high-temperature reverse bias (H3TRB) tests on power modules. The system must support continuous testing of up to 80 power modules simultaneously for at least 1000 hours per test, with measurement capabilities at 3.3 kV, and include a climate chamber capable of controlling humidity and temperature up to 90°C or temperature alone up to 180°C at 0% humidity. The contract was awarded to Yotta Volt s.r.o. for EUR 415,000 on 12 May 2026.
