The Provision of Routine Property Maintenance to The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – West Region

The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland CLG (the “Contracting Authority”) – West Region invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) who wish to join the regional panel for the provision of Routine, Scheduled Property Maintenance as well as responding to emergencies as required. Services included in this DPS are:- 1. Electrical Services; 2. Plumbing and Heating repairs (to include boiler maintenance); 3. Carpentry Services; 4. Painting Services; 5. Multi-Trade Services to include a combination of two or more of the above services. The services will be provided across the West Region of the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland GLC (BOCSI).
