Overview
Es wird benötigt, dass Zuflussprognosen in Form von Software as a Service für die Speicher- und Laufkraftwerke, die von der ÖBB-Infra betrieben werden, laufend berechnet und zur Verfügung gestellt werden
Dazu ist ein hydrologisches Modell der ÖBB-Kraftwerksstandorte mit ihren natürlichen Einzugsgebieten inkl. aller künstlichen Bauwerke und Beileitungen, die für die Prognose ausgewählter Punkte notwendig sind, zu erstellen. Alle wichtigen Prozesse im Einzugsgebiet (Gletscher-/Schneeschmelze und -Akkumulation, Bodenfeuchte, Evapotranspiration etc.) sollen dabei in einem Niederschlags-Abfluss-Model abgebildet werden.
