Für dieses Projekt wird ein Büro gesucht, welches die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 in den LPH 5 bis 8 inkl. besonderer Leistungen gem. § 53 ff HOAI 2021 i.V. mit Anlage 15 übernimmt.
Die Technischen Anlagen des Hessischen Hauptstaatsarchives in Wiesbaden sollen in mehreren Schritten saniert werden. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist nun die Erneuerung der Bereiche Sanitär, Wärmeversorgung und insbesondere Lüftungstechnik.
