Executie lucrari in vederea realizarii obiectivului de investitii "Reabilitare termica blocuri de locuinte cuprinse in programul local multianual privind cresterea performantei energetice a blocurilor de locuinte din Orasul Cernavoda", judetul Constanta

The City of Cernavoda awarded a contract to ROMCO SYSTEM S.R.L. and URBAN COMPANY INVEST S.R.L. for thermal rehabilitation of 21 residential apartment blocks in Cernavoda, Constanța County, with a contract value of 48,510,709.07 RON (estimated value 55,529,458.23 RON). The work encompasses thermal envelope rehabilitation, heating and hot water system upgrades, common area lighting installation, photovoltaic panel installation, exterior improvements, and reductions in thermal, water, and electrical energy losses across multiple building lots.
