NOVA Sp. z o.o. has awarded a contract to FCC Podhale sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych "EMPOL" Spółka z o.o. for the management of approximately 12,000 tonnes of unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) from its waste facility in Nowy Sącz, with a minimum guaranteed volume of 2,500 tonnes and a contract value of 10,303,200 PLN. The contractor must possess valid waste recovery permits, civil liability insurance of at least 1,000,000 PLN, and registration in the national waste database; waste delivery will occur on weekdays between 07:00 and 21:00, with transport to processing facilities within 300 km organised and funded by the buyer. Monthly billing is based on weigh-slip documentation, and the contract includes provisions for similar service repetitions up to 20% of the base volume within three years if justified and funded.
