Die zu beschaffenden Mengen wurden aufgeteilt in insgesamt vier Einzellose:
Los 1: 1 x 5.000 Tonnen lutro Winter + optional 1 x 800 Tonnen lutro Sommer
Los 2: 1 x 4.000 Tonnen lutro Winter + optional 1 x 500 Tonnen lutro, Sommer
Los 3: 1 x 500 Tonnen lutro Winter
Los 4: 1 x 500 Tonnen lutro Winter
Ein Bieter kann alle vier Lose anbieten, aber auch nur auf beispielsweise eins, zwei oder drei.
