Overview
Das zentral gelegene Gebäude „Am Pferdemarkt 1“ in 27356 Rotenburg soll umgebaut und saniert werden. Im Zuge der Sanierung sollen ca. 200 Büroarbeitsplätze für den Landkreis Rotenburg entstehen. Bisher wurde das viergeschossige Hauptgebäude aus dem Jahr 1983 als ehemalige Bankfiliale genutzt und umfasst eine BGF von rd. 6400 m². Die Bausubstanz wird auf einen mittleren Bauzustand geschätzt. Das dazugehörige Parkhaus beinhaltet ca. 5000 m² BGF inkl. Kellergeschoss. Gemäß vorliegendem Baugutachten wird die Bausubstanz hier auf einen eher schlechten Bauzustand geschätzt.
