Rozbudowa, przebudowa i częściowa rozbiórka budynku Miejskiego Domu Kultury w Mikołowie, Rynek 19 oraz budynków Rynek 20 i Rynek 24

Gmina Mikołów awarded a contract for the expansion, reconstruction, and partial demolition of the Municipal Culture House in Mikołów (Rynek 19) and adjacent buildings (Rynek 20 and Rynek 24), including construction of new structures totaling approximately 4,378 m² of built area and a 302-seat performance hall. The awarded contract valued at 40.48 million PLN was won by KURPAS INWESTYCJE Sp. z o.o. as lead contractor with Kurpas G&A T. Kurpas Sp. j. as consortium member, with work to proceed according to building and demolition permits and heritage conservation approvals.
