Overview
Le présent contrat est un marché public à prix mixte. Il se compose :
- D’une part à prix forfaitaire, versée par la CTS et la CTBR ;
- D’une part à bons de commandes (prix unitaires), versée par les agents de la CTS et de la CTBR.
Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée de 3 ans, tacitement reconductible 1 fois par période d’un an. La durée totale du contrat ne pourra excéder 4 ans.
Le contrat débutera à compter du 1er septembre 2025.
