Am nördlichen Standort Campus Forschungsflughafen Braunschweig soll für die Technische Universität Braunschweig der Forschungsneubau CPC umgesetzt werden. Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird.
