Elektrorazpredilitelni Mrezhi Zapad EAD has awarded construction and assembly works for reconstruction and new installation of medium and low voltage cable networks and related facilities across the Pleven, Lovech, Vratsa, Montana, and Vidin regions. The contract, divided into three separate lots, was awarded to ELNORM EOOD and FORESTA GRUP EOOD for a total value of 1,859,681.05 EUR on 21 May 2026, with work scope including cable laying, excavation, shaft construction, and pole straightening across approximately 16,200 meters of cable installation and 13,500 cubic meters of excavation.
