Hinzu kommen zugehörige produktbezogene Unterstützungsleistungen sowie der Bezug eines dazugehörigen Technologiekatalog. Der Rahmenvertrag soll im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs.4 Nr. 2 lit. c) VgV vergeben werden.
