A framework agreement for verification services of public procurement procedures and direct purchases carried out by beneficiaries of three project calls (DOTARI, SMARTLABS, and DOTLAB), managed by the Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education and Research Development and Innovation. The contract was awarded on 10 June 2026 to five operators—Anonymous Project Consulting, Avensa Consulting S.R.L., Goldbach Consulting S.R.L., Think Development & Consultancy SRL, and Y - Project—for a total value of 7,080,000 RON. The framework runs for 11 months across five lots, with subsequent contracts to be allocated without re-opening competition, based on evaluation scores and the number of lots won by each operator.
