Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung gemäss GATT/WTO-Übereinkommen wird der vorteilhafteste Partner evaluiert, welcher der Informatik der Gerichte und Notariate Zürich Cisco Meeting & Calling Lizenzen im Enterprise Agreement Modell für 5 Jahre mit der Auto-Renewal Option für zwei weitere Jahre beschafft.
Mit dem Zuschlagsempfänger schliesst das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich einen Vertrag ab. Sämtliche ausgeschriebenen Lizenzen der GL01 (siehe dazu Ziffer 2.3) müssen ab dem 1. Januar 2026 beim Obergericht zur Nutzung in Betrieb genommen werden können.
