Paris Habitat awarded a 10-lot contract worth €35.2 million for the operation and maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, mechanical ventilation, and pressure systems across two properties (DTNE and DTES) to five service providers: Chauffage Rationnel & Applications Modernes, CIEC, Dalkia, Engie Energie Services, and Tuyauterie Soudure Chauffage. Each lot comprises mixed-price contracts with fixed-price and unit-price components on order basis.
