Overview
Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird eine Anwendung zur effizienten Bewirtschaftung der Prozesse inkl. dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen (Wartung & Pflege, Weiterentwicklung etc.) beschafft. Dafür wird eine Applikation beschafft, in welcher die bei der SUST gemeldeten Ereignisse erfasst und bearbeitet werden. Die Projektführung eröffnet Untersuchungen zu Zwischenfällen in der Applikation. Ebenso erfolgt das Management von ausgesprochenen Sicherheitsempfehlungen und Sicherheitshinweisen in der Applikation. Zudem werden in der Applikation Finanzen verarbeitet und Stammdaten gepflegt. Die Applikation ist die Grundlage für statistische Auswertungen und unterstützt das Management in der Lenkung der SUST.
