Overview
Rail Baltica Ülemiste-Pärnu, Pärnu-Läti piir põhitrassi projekteerimine ja ehitamine (Allianss) (edaspidi Projekt). Projekti asukoht on Eesti Vabariigi territooriumil Tallinnast (Ülemistest) kuni Läti piirini. Rail Baltica raudtee pikkus Eesti territooriumil on 213 km. Projekti täpsem info on esitatud RHAD Lisas 18 (Tehniline kirjeldus).
Hankija eesmärk on viia Projekt ellu kahe erineva alliansiga nii, et hanke tulemusena koostatakse ühtne pingerivi ja sõlmitakse allianssleping osas 1 (Allianss 1) edukuselt esimeseks tunnistatud Pakkujaga ja osas 2 (Allianss 2) edukuselt teiseks tunnistatud Pakkujaga.
