Overview
De Opdracht voor het uitvoeren van de outsoucing van de salarisadministratie is voorbehouden aan ondernemingen als bedoeld in artikel 2.82 Aanbestedingswet 2012 (sociale werkplaatsen of ondernemingen met integratie hoofddoel, minimaal 30% doelgroepmedewerkers). Stark heeft de keuze gemaakt om de werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de salarisadministratie niet meer geheel intern c.q. door eigen medewerkers te laten uitvoeren, maar deze nagenoeg volledig uit te besteden aan een derde partij:
• gemiddeld aantal loonstroken per maand in 2023 en 2024: 690
• gemiddeld aantal mutaties per maand in 2024: 70
• gemiddeld aantal pro forma berekeningen per maand in 2024: 10
