HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH awarded RTW Generalplanungsgesellschaft a contract for general planning services (€303.38, awarded 1 June 2026) covering architectural and engineering design for concrete and structural repairs across the High-Deck settlement, including work on high decks, access decks, supports, bridges, stairs, railings, drainage systems, paving, joints, and lighting. The scope encompasses planning phases LPH 1–9 for partial repairs to damaged building components throughout the settlement in accordance with DAfStb rehabilitation guidelines.
