Neubau Grundschule Sieker-Tiefbauarbeiten

The scope encompasses extensive excavation across multiple soil classes, groundwater lowering via a dewatering system with 24-hour monitoring, and construction of a sheet pile wall with anchor boreholes and steel profiles to secure the pit under challenging geotechnical conditions, with work scheduled between late May and mid-July 2026.
