Partenord Habitat awarded a project management contract to ALTEREA for €171,810 (from an estimated €272,000 budget) to oversee the rehabilitation and residential conversion of 45 collective housing units at two addresses in Wattrelos. The scope includes base design services, technical and energy diagnostics, and complementary project management, with works planned for 18 months starting in Q1 2027 to improve thermal performance to approximately 120 kWh/m²/year (C-rated efficiency), funded by a €3.45 million construction budget.
