Overview
Projekt omhandler nedrivning af en del af den eksisterende handelsskole i Saxogade og efterfølgende om- og tilbygning, så der bliver plads til at samle HHX, EUX Business og på sigt også EPX, på handelsskolen i Saxogade 6-10 i Aalborg. Bygningen skal efter ombygningen rumme et tidssvarende undervisningsmiljø til ca. 930 elever og faciliteter til omkring 100 medarbejdere. I dag har handelsskolen i Saxogade et samlet areal inkl. kælder på 7.133 m². Der vil skulle nedrives ca. 1.700, opføres ca. 3.700 m² nybyggeri og renoveres ca. 4.300 m². Projektet udbydes i totalentreprise.
