Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjousta vuokranantajan tai hänen hankkimansa rahoittajan taseeseen rakennettavan yllä mainitun uuden, 46+20 paikkaisen palvelutalokokonaisuuden vuokrauksesta hankinta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kohteeseen on tarve toteuttaa 46 ympärivuorokautisen hoivan ikääntyneiden palvelujen asukashuonetta, joista 44 kpl yksiöitä ja 2 kpl kaksioita (ryhmäkotitoteutus) sekä 20 asuinhuoneistoa ikääntyneiden palveluiden yhteisölliseen asumiseen. Hankkeeseen tulee hakea Asumisen rahoitus- ja kehittämiskeskuksen (ARA) korkotukea ja investointiavustusta.
