Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie has awarded construction works for comprehensive energy efficiency retrofit of three Poznań educational facilities: Primary School No. 62, High School No. XXXVIII, and High School No. XX. The contract, valued at 30,167,612.45 PLN and awarded on 13 March 2026 to Constructo Sp. z o.o. and Jack-Bud Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., includes thermal modernization, roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and ventilation installations, with optional scope extensions for additional electrical work and mechanical ventilation. Works will be conducted during the school year at operational facilities while maintaining building access and student safety.
