Der Enzkreis ist Eigentümer eines aktuell leerstehenden Schulgebäudes in der Nordstadt von Pforzheim.
Im Sommer 2022 hat der Kreistag einen Beschluss zur Sanierung der Liegenschaft getroffen. Es ist ein kombinierter Teilabbruch, Neubau und Sanierung für die Nutzung durch die Schule vorgesehen.
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Freianlagen nach §§ 38 ff. HOAI 2021 für das Projekt „Sanierung und Teilneubau der Gustav-Heinemann-Schule, Habsburgerstr 14 in 75177 Pforzheim“ als Gesamtbeauftragung ab der Leistungsphase 3 bis 9 HOAI 2021.
