In mind. zwei Planungswerkstätten sollen interessierte Hamburger:innen Informationen zum aktuellen Planungsstand erhalten, mit den Planern in Austausch treten und Ideen für die weitere Bearbeitung einbringen können. Auftrag ist die Erarbeitung eines Beteiligungskonzepts, die Organisation und Durchführung von Beteiligungsveranstaltungen und die Erstellung einer Broschüre zum Abschluss des Rahmenplan- und Beteiligungsprozesses.
