armasuisse Immobilien has awarded a general planning contract to DE_ANS Generalplaner AG for CHF 6,241,716.25 to oversee the redesign and renewal of the Lattigen site at Labor Spiez, addressing aging infrastructure, compliance with environmental and energy standards, and contamination remediation. The scope includes project management across SIA phases 31–53, optimization of building footprints in the forest zone, renovation of existing shock-testing facilities, construction of replacement buildings for the BABS and W+T departments, and comprehensive hazardous material remediation.
