Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil Sanierung des ehemaligen Schlachthofes Auf der Lände in Fürstenfeldbruck

The City of Fürstenfeldbruck conducted a design competition to redevelop the former slaughterhouse on Auf der Lände in the city center into a creative and cultural hub. Springer Architekten GmbH with Marcel Adam Landschaftsarchitekten BDLA won first prize on 27 April 2026 with their concept for renovating and repurposing the circa 2,200 m² historic building ensemble as a culture and creativity center, complemented by a new studio and workshop building. The project is part of the broader master plan for the new Creative Quarter Fürstenfeldbruck and aims for completion within approximately four and a half years.
