Overview
Das LANUV hat den Auftrag, die Luftqualität in NRW zu überwachen und zu beurteilen. Aufgrund der im Dezember 2024 in Kraft getretenen EU-Richtlinie 2024/2881 haben sich neue und veränderte Anforderungen für die Modellierung von Luftschadstoffen ergeben. Um innerhalb ausgedehnter Stadtgebiete Aussagen über die Belastungen durch NO2, PM10 und PM2,5 auch in Straßen ohne Messstelle treffen zu können, sind sogenannte Konzentrationskarten auf Basis modellierter Immissionen zu erstellen.
Das LANUV NRW beabsichtigt die Erstellung von Konzentrationskarten im Rahmen der Überwachung der Luftqualität NRW zu beauftragen.
