Upphandlingen omfattar driften av ledarledd öppen ungdomsverksamhet i kommunens befintliga lokal i Stavsnäs. Utföraren ska svara för driften av den ledarledda öppna ungdomsverksamheten som ska vara gratis för deltagande ungdomar.
