Erweiterung und energetische Sanierung der Ludwig-Reinhard-Schule mit Neubau einer 2-fach Schulsporthalle in 87600 Kaufbeuren

The City of Kaufbeuren has awarded a contract to Lunca Innenausbau GmbH for the expansion and energy renovation of Ludwig-Reinhard-Schule, a special education centre, along with construction of a new dual-use sports hall. The work encompasses core renovation of the 1967 west wing with westward extension, renovation of the 1987 southwest wing, demolition of the 1967 northwest wing and replacement of its associated hall and auditorium, and new construction of a freestanding two-hall sports facility; the building volume will increase from 18,535 m³ to 37,634 m³ upon completion. The contract was awarded on 3 June 2026 for 193,693 EUR.
