Les fournitures seront réparties en quatre lots:
Lot n°1 : Pièces en laiton de maintenance pour les réseaux AEP (Maximum annuel: 50 000 Euros H.T.)
Lot n°2 : Tuyaux plastiques et grillages avertisseurs (Maximum annuel: 65 000 Euros H.T.)
Lot n°3 : Pièces et accessoires en fonte pour les réseaux AEP/EP/Assainissement (Maximum annuel: 70 000 Euros H.T.)
Lot n°4 : Pièces et accessoires de défense incendie pour réseau eau potable (Maximum annuel: 40 000 Euros H.T.).
Chacun des lots faisant l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum annuel.
Le marché est relancé après avoir été déclaré sans suite à l'issue d'une précédente consultation.
