Lille Métropole Habitat has awarded a multi-attributed framework agreement worth €1.25 million for urban design studies, feasibility assessments, and pre-diagnostic technical missions on existing buildings. The contract is structured across four lots with 7 winners (ATELIER 9.81, Dientre, FCML ARCHITECTES, L2F CONCEPT, LANANI Architecture, MAES ARCHITECTES, STUDIO YANN TAVART) and runs for 48 months with subsequent purchase orders and call-off arrangements.
