Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD procured consulting services for independent construction supervision and project compliance assessment related to investment projects for grid maintenance and customer connection in the Karnobat sub-region. The scope covers third, fourth, and fifth category structures under Bulgarian territorial planning law, predominantly third-category works including medium and low-voltage overhead or cable lines and area facilities such as transformer stations. The contract was awarded to PGM 28 KONSULT OOD on 5 May 2026 for 88,350 EUR.
