Kyustendil Municipality procured external expert support services for organizing and managing a high-technology industrial park project in the region, funded under the 2021-2027 Regional Development Program. The selected contractor was to provide a team of experts including a project manager, lawyer, monitoring and reporting specialist, financial expert, technical expert, and coordinator to support the municipality's internal team. The procurement was awarded on 5 May 2026 with an estimated value of approximately 628,529 EUR.
