Prin prezenta documentație se dorește achiziția de diverse materiale sanitare pentru tratarea bolnavilor internați în sectia de ATI a Spitalului Municipal Mediaș. Se va încheia acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
