NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF A PROJECT GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT TOOL The subject of this tender is: i) To deploy a software for project management to address the Contracting Authority’s critical operational needs and governance processes. ii) To accelerate the process of change by creating the conditions around which key stakeholders can plan, manage and execute the desired transition in a controlled environment. iii) To use a licencing model which can scale up and cater for both the present and future needs of the Contracting Authority. iv) To align with the internal strategy to create an internal competence that can further develop and support the tool independently of external support. v) To obtain consultancy in order to achieve good design practice from the get-go and to implement internally using a hands-on training approach. vi) To obtain future assistance where specialized integration might be required.
