Pernik Municipality awarded a contract to BILDSONSULT BG EOOD and DIAMANT BG EOOD on 19 May 2026 for 14,370 EUR to conduct independent expert energy audits by a certified energy auditor across 18 properties. The scope includes preparing assessment reports documenting implemented energy efficiency measures and evaluating their compliance with prescriptions, as well as producing confirmation protocols for achieved energy savings for each object under the EU-funded sustainable residential building renovation program BG-RRP-4.023 Stage I.
