Bauweise errichten. Der Neubau ist in seiner Form dem nahegelegenen Börgerhus
angeglichen. Er ist zur Schule hin 3-geschossig und zur Werftallee 2-geschossig mit
Gründach. Im Zentrum des Gebäudes wird ein gro0er Erschließungsbereich angeordnet, an
den sich jeweils pro Etage 3 bzw. 2 Flügel mit den Hortbereichen anschließen. Der zentrale
Erschließungsbereich wird mit einem großen Atrium (Lichtkuppel) belichtet und kann
zusätzlich als Aufenthaltsbereich genutzt werden.
