Technical Assistance for EU Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communication in Angola

The general objective of this contract is to enable the Angolan public to gain a better understanding of the European Union, its activities in Angola and values. All communication activities should be integrated into a coherent long-term strategy to be developed by the contractor, in close coordination with the EU Delegation. The strategy should enhance the awareness and understanding of the EU in Angola and demonstrate how the partnership with Angola has a positive impact. The contractor will provide the following services: Design and implementation of media campaign; Production of contents and visibility material; Organisation of events; Contracts with influencers; Implementation of audience studies and evaluation reports; Coordination and support to implementing partners in communication matters.
