Overview
Das Verfahren wurde als einstufiger, nichtoffener hochbaulicher und freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb durchgeführt. An der Vorbereitung des Wettbewerbs hat der Ausschuss Wettbewerb und Vergabe der Architektenkammer Rheinland-Pfalz beratend mitgewirkt. Die Auslobung wurde dort unter der Nummer 3/10/24 registriert. Im Anschluss an das Wettbewerbsverfahren wurde ein VgV-Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb zunächst mit dem ersten Preisträger durchgeführt.
