Sanierung Remeis-Hügel (Roter Berg) mit Villa Remeis – Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS

The City of Bamberg awarded a contract to Ingenieurbüro Thomas Klug for specialist technical planning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems (HLS) as part of a comprehensive renovation of the historic Remeis Villa and its grounds in Bamberg. The project includes restoration of existing buildings and grounds, as well as a new extension, with total estimated costs of approximately 2.4 million euros for the existing structure and 1.7 million euros for the new building, supported by federal cultural funding, Bavarian state foundation, and urban development grants. The contract was awarded on 5 May 2026 for a value of 74,866.42 euros.
