Neubau Rettungswache Olvenstedt und Neubau Wohngruppe Olvenstedt (Birkenallee 41 und 43), 39130 Magdeburg; Los 5.01 Tief- und Landschaftsbauarbeiten (30-ZV-0166/25)

The City of Magdeburg has awarded to Grewe a contract valued at €1,423,939 for deep and landscape construction work (Lot 5.01) at the new emergency station and youth accommodation facility in Olvenstedt. The scope includes demolition and disposal of construction roads, soil improvement, asphalt and paving works, installation of electric gates and fencing, landscaping with grass areas and planting of trees and shrubs, construction of drainage systems and water connections, and installation of site furnishings and recreational equipment. The work has been completed as of May 2026.
