Overview
La présente opération a pour objet l’achèvement de la restauration du clos-couvert (opération 1) de la Cathédrale Saint-Maclou sise au 53 rue de l’Hôtel de ville à Pontoise dans le Val d’Oise (95)
Les travaux seront réalisés en trois tranches de travaux :
- Tranche ferme : Clocher et caniveau cour Nord
- Tranche optionnelle 01 : Toiture et façades Nord et Sud de la nef et façade Ouest du bras du transept Sud
- Tranche optionnelle 02 : Toitures des bas-côtés Nord, élévations Ouest et Nord du Transept Nord et des bas-côtés Nord (travées 5 à 8)
Les travaux sont répartis en 6 (six) lots
