Emulsie bituminoasa cu rupere rapida EBCR 60 cu transport inclus - Sectia Productie - Acord cadru 2 ani

Romania's National Road Infrastructure Management Company (DRDP Cluj) awarded a 2-year framework agreement to SYSTEMATIC for the supply of rapid-breaking bituminous emulsion EBCR 60 with transport included for road maintenance works, valued at 2,771,678.57 RON from an estimated framework range of 206,500 to 6,932,500 RON. The agreement requires a minimum of 2 call-off contracts in year one and 3 in year two, with provisions for price adjustment based on legislative changes and other contractual modifications.
