CONTRAT D’EXPLOITATION DES INSTALLATIONS DE CHAUFFAGE, D’EAU CHAUDE SANITAIRE, DE VENTILATION AINSI QUE CLIMATISATION ET TRAVAUX ANNEXES

EHPAD Les Résidences de Bellevue awarded a contract to ENGIE Solutions for 587,003 EUR on 5 September 2025 to operate and maintain heating, hot water, ventilation, and air-conditioning installations across two locations in Saint Doulchard and Bourges. The contract includes energy supply, maintenance and operation, and optional total guarantee with scheduled works across the two property lots.
